As we increase love towards ourselves, our relationships with others improve significantly. When we love ourselves we are better able to be present, authentic, and loving with others and we get more out of relationships. 

At the workshop you will:

Have a chance to share your experience and hear about the experiences of others who struggle with loving themselves and are looking to improve their relationship with themselves and others. You will learn ways to cultivate positive self-regard, self-respect, and self-esteem. This workshop will also explore what gets in the way of loving yourself fully.
